ORDER
       Heard.
  1. Appellant states that information supplied to him is unreadable and proper record is not maintained according to Govt. rules and more than one letter are kept under same serial no. and also the letters are dispatched in back date by providing same serial no. with the addition of ‘A’. He states that Gas Agencies have not provided board to display LPG booking for refill.
  2. Respondent states that readable copy will be supplied to the Complainant today itself and further states that original record was not traceable so the duplicate file has been created and states that display board has already been provided and this has been confirmed by the representative of DC before the Commission in CC-283 of 2008. However, he will again inspect the Gas Agencies to verify the installation of display board.
  3. Respondent is directed to inspect all the Gas Agencies before the next date of hearing and submit report regarding display of board by Gas Agencies and also supply legible copy of the information asked for. He is also directed to direct his staff to maintain all receipt & dispatch register as per rules.
  4. Adjourned to 02.01.2009 (2.00 PM) for further proceedings. Copies of the order be sent to the parties
