2. Both the parties were present during the hearing and made their submissions.

3. The Appellant had sought the certified copies of all the records and documents in respect of two second appeals he had filed in the CIC. Although the CPIO had provided the photocopies of those case files against payment of the photocopying charges, he had not certified all the records and documents. The Appellant submitted that he wanted each page of the records to be duly certified.

4. After carefully considering the submissions made by both the parties, we are of the view that the CPIO should attest each page of the records supplied to the Appellant. We direct him to provide attested copies of all those records and documents within 10 working days of receiving this order. The attestation should be done by affixing the seal of the CIC and should be initialled.

5. The case is disposed off accordingly.

6. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.
